1—meaning, doing even a just a little bit—is infinitely more than 0.
1 gets you moving. It makes the next move a little bit easier than the previous one, which makes the following move easier than the one before, and so on…
If you hold just this one rule in mind—to keep doing, even just a little bit—you will build momentum, which will lead to consistency. And consistency is what brings results in the long term.
